We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India through our trusted logistics and courier partners. Shipping availability to your location will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pin code. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities and major towns usually receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location, and will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a specified value — any such offer will be shown on our website and at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

All our products are carefully packed in food-safe, tamper-evident packaging to preserve freshness and quality during transit. We take extra care while packing fragile and perishable items such as ghee and dairy products.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances and will keep you informed where possible.

If a shipment is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable after repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to our facility. In such cases, please contact our support team to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
